About Nate Neilan Construction
Nate Neilan Construction (NNC) was founded in 2016, but the passion behind it started much earlier. From a young age, Nate knew construction was more than a job—it was his passion. With the support of his wife, Jess, and their three young sons serving as his first "mini apprentices," he took the leap and built a family-owned business founded on quality craftsmanship, honesty, and trust.
Today, NNC has grown into a dedicated team of seven employees, plus Nate, proudly serving Chamberlain and the surrounding communities. Nate leads projects in the field while Jess manages the bookkeeping and day-to-day operations behind the scenes.. Their oldest son, Jayce, returned to the family business after graduating from Mitchell Technical College's Architectural Build & Design program and now serves as NNC's Foreman. His leadership, technical knowledge, and fresh perspective help ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. Sons Trey and Brody also remain an important part of the team, working alongside the crew whenever their military and educational commitments allow, continuing the family tradition of hard work and craftsmanship.
As a family-owned business, we're committed to giving back to the communities that have supported us from the beginning.
