Nate is passionate about giving back to the community he calls home. When he's not on the jobsite, you'll often find him on the golf course, cheering on his boys at football and wrestling events, attending local banquets, or catching up with friends over early morning coffee. He is proud of the growth of NNC and grateful for the community that continues to support it.

Jayce Neilan
Jayce has been part of the Nate Neilan Construction since day one and serves as a foreman for the family business. As a Build Dakota Scholar, he brings dedication, leadership, and a commitment to growth. Outside of work, Jayce enjoys music, spending time with friends and family, and being part of the continued success of NNC.

Kaden Tyrrel
Kaden is a Build Dakota Scholar through Nate Neilan Construction and brings a great attitude and strong work ethic to the team Outside of work, he enjoys coaching JV basketball, golfing, traveling, and playing with his dog. He also makes a few appearances in Nate Neilan Construction reels along the way.

Colton Michalek
Colton is an important part of the Nate Neilan Construction team as a Build Dakota Scholar through NNC. He brings a respectful attitude, a willingness to learn, and plenty of personality to the jobsite— keeping the crew smiling with his singing, humor, and positive energy. He is always respectful and eager to learn more.

Kellen King
Kellen is a valued member of the Nate Neilan Construction team, bringing years of experience, a positive attitude and an outstanding work ethic to every project, he is a joy to work with and takes pride in everything he does. Outside of work, Kellen enjoys spending time with his family, being a dad, and making memories together—including time spent rollerblading and enjoying the little moments in life.

Brody Neilan
Brody is entering his senior year with a bright future ahead. A dedicated student with a passion for numbers, he brings strong problem-solving skills, focus, and attention to detail to everything he does. Outside the classroom, Brody is a starting quarterback, a state wrestling qualifier, and a valuable member of any project he is involved with for NNC.

Hunter Frederick
Hunter is the newest Build Dakota Scholar at NNC, and we are proud to have him on the NNC team. A Chamberlain native. Hunter brings a strong work ethic and dedication to learning. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, baseball, fishing, and hunting. We look forward to welcoming him back to the area after he completes school.

Kyle Forrester
Kyle is a kind and caring member of the NNC team, and those qualities shine through in his work. Known as our carpet-laying expert, Kyle brings skill, attention to detail, and pride to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys taking his boat out, fishing, exploring nature, spending time with his friends and family—especially with his dog, Dub.
